Participants wanted for paid study on remote work!
The study is focused on understanding the role of managers in remote work effectiveness. We are recruiting managers and their direct reports to participate.
To be eligible, the direct report and manager both must:
Be working remotely at least 40% of the time
Work at least 32 hours/week
Not be self employed
Work Monday – Friday day shift
Live in the United States
The study involves:
Completing a very short survey verifying your eligibility.
As part of the eligibility survey, invite at least one of your direct reports/manager to also participate in the study (their required time commitment is similar to yours listed below). We will ask you to provide their contact information and we will contact them directly. None of your responses, nor their responses, will be visible to the other party (or anyone outside of our research team). You will only know that they have also agreed to participate.
If you are eligible and your direct report/manager also agrees to participate, complete one 25-minute survey. We will send this in a separate email.
Completing a 5-10 minute survey every evening around 8pm Monday through Friday for two weeks, beginning on January 24th.
You can earn up to $70 for your participation. Your direct report/manager can also earn up to $70.
